Hi! In this tutorial I will show you how to make Color Splash Effect. First open a colorful image. Copy the Background layer. Click on “Create new fill or adjustments layer” icon and then click on “Black & White”. Select Background copy layer and go to “Select” then “Color Range”. Use Brush Tool (B) and Brush over the image. If is done then save the image.
